Workpieces with inspection report

On request, we provide a certified inspection report for your workpiece. This gives you written proof that the dimensions and tolerances of your drawing are met before the part goes into your toolmaking or production.

The report compares the nominal values from your drawing or CAD data with the measured actual values. Deviations are clearly documented, for example as a colour deviation map on the 3D model.

Our measuring table can also handle large and heavy workpieces, such as base plates, die set plates or cast frames for transfer tools.

Measurement takes place directly at our site in Miehlen, right after manufacturing and machining. This saves you time and effort, and you receive the workpiece and the proof from a single source.

1. Request: Let us know with your enquiry or order that you need an inspection report, ideally with the features that matter most to you.
2. Measurement: After manufacturing, we measure the workpiece based on your drawing or CAD data.
3. Report: You receive the inspection report together with your workpiece.
